In this role, you will communicate with customers in Albanian, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a positive banking experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
  • Provide assistance with account openings, transactions, and troubleshooting banking issues.
  • Educate customers about banking policies, fees, and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other banking professionals to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and new product offerings.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to explain complex banking concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using banking software and CRM systems.
  • Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
