Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries from students and educators regarding e-learning courses, enrollment, and platform functionality in Albanian.
- Provide information on course offerings, program details, and availability.
- Assist users with technical issues they may encounter while navigating the e-learning platform.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with educational teams to enhance the overall user experience.
- Stay informed about new products, features, and educational trends to provide up-to-date support.
Requirements - Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with educational software and online learning platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
