As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure a smooth experience in their travel plans and aviation-related needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to flight bookings, travel itineraries, and aviation services via phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and ticketing processes.
• Assist customers with changes to bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
• Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service and real-time updates to customers.
• Keep current with aviation trends and company offerings to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Aptitude for multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
