Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to flight bookings, travel itineraries, and aviation services via phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and ticketing processes.
- Assist customers with changes to bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
- Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service and real-time updates to customers.
- Keep current with aviation trends and company offerings to assist customers effectively.
Requirements - Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
- Aptitude for multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
