This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about energy solutions and are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries and provide them with essential support in Albanian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to oil and gas services, including pricing, availability, and service options via phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
• Educate customers about energy products, services, and benefits while providing exceptional support.
• Assist with order placements, account adjustments, and service inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective record-keeping.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide customers with the most up-to-date information.

• Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil and gas sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
