Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, account management, and services via phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
• Provide information on banking options, investment services, and financial planning strategies.
• Assist customers with account setup, transactions, and inquiries regarding fees and statements.
• Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on financial industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the finance sector.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and manage customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
