Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, policies, and procedures through phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
- Guide patients in scheduling appointments, accessing medical services, and understanding treatment options.
- Address concerns and complaints with empathy and support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate information and comprehensive service.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and relevant regulatory changes to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements - Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
