Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, policies, and procedures through phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
• Guide patients in scheduling appointments, accessing medical services, and understanding treatment options.
• Address concerns and complaints with empathy and support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate information and comprehensive service.
• Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and relevant regulatory changes to provide accurate assistance.

• Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
