Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Albanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will engage with clients in Albanian, assisting them with their inquiries related to travel accommodations, reservations, and tourism services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel plans, and local activities via phone, email, and live chat in Albanian.
  • Provide detailed information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines.
  • Assist customers with making reservations, modifications, cancellations, and addressing special requests.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with hotel partners and tourism operators to enhance customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide relevant information.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing customer requests.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
