You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information in Albanian.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, including availability, usage, and prescription processes via phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
- Provide guidance on medication schedules, side effects, and dosage information.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and resolving delivery issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Stay informed about pharmaceutical regulations and company product lines to assist customers effectively.
Requirements - Fluency in Albanian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide empathetic support to customers.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare terminology is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
