As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in navigating renewable energy solutions while delivering exceptional service in Albanian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy, and available options.
• Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, adhering to regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information.

• Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
