Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, plans, and devices through phone, email, and live chat in Albanian.
- Assist customers with service activation, troubleshooting issues, and understanding billing statements.
- Educate customers on available services and support them in making informed decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide timely solutions and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on current company offerings and industry trends to provide relevant information.
Requirements - Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
